Personal Holiness and Spiritual Growth
“Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” – James 4:8
Monday: A Surrendered Life (Romans 12:1-2)
Thanks for His mercy & grace, making a surrendered life possible.
Ask to remove pride, self-will, & renew our minds in the Word.
Pray to present self as living sacrifice & seek God’s will over own.
Tuesday: Pursuing Holiness (1 Peter 1:15-16)
Thank God for calling us to be holy as He is holy.
Ask for help to reflect Christ, & reveal areas of need for repentance
Pray for greater hatred of sin, & will be known for Christ character.
Wednesday: Victory Over Temptation (1 Corinthians 10:13)
Thank God that He provides a way of escape from temptation.
Ask to protect us from spiritual attacks, help us walk in obedience.
Pray to resist temptations, & remain faithful even during trials.
Thursday: A Fresh Filling of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18)
Thank God for the gift and ministry of the Holy Spirit.
Ask for sensitivity to Spirit’s leading, conviction, & revive heart.
Pray continually filled with Spirit, boldness in witnessing & serving
Friday: Bearing the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23)
Thank God for producing spiritual fruit in my life.
Ask my life would point others to Jesus, & have Christlike attitudes
Pray I reflect the love of Christ, & fruit of the Spirit will be evident.
Saturday: Abiding in Christ (John 15:4-5)
Thank God true spiritual growth comes through abiding in Christ.
Ask to help self remain in Christ, & make me fruitful for His glory.
Pray for deeper hunger for God’s Word and prayer life.
Sunday: Revival Begins with Me (Psalm 139:23-24)
Invite Holy Spirit to search our hearts & reveal what’s displeasing.
Ask God to begin revival in our hearts.
Pray you would be a light to your family, church, & community.
